1. Who We Are

Party Printable Studio ("we," "our," or "us") is a personal project created and operated by Rebecca Spitzer. We provide an AI-powered tool that helps users generate printable party materials based on text prompts.

This app is not affiliated with or endorsed by any toy company, entertainment company, or character-based brand.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the app. You may use the app to generate materials for your children's parties, but the account holder must be an adult.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• keeping your login information secure
• any activity that occurs under your account
• ensuring that any content you submit complies with these Terms

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.

4. Your Prompts and Generated Content

The app generates images and text based on your prompts. You understand and agree that:

• Your prompts must not include copyrighted or trademarked characters, logos, names, or other protected IP.
• You are solely responsible for any content you request, create, download, or use.
• We do not claim ownership of your prompts or the content generated from them.
• You receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use generated content for non-commercial, personal party use only (for example, decorating your child's birthday party).
• We reserve the right to block or remove content that appears to violate intellectual property rights.

5. Intellectual Property

Except for the content you generate, all materials in the app—including code, design, branding, copy, and user interface—belong to us and are protected by copyright.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the app.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the app to:

• request or reproduce copyrighted or trademarked characters, brands, or imagery
• upload harmful, hateful, explicit, or abusive content
• generate content intended to deceive others into believing it is "official" or licensed
• bypass usage limits, token systems, or other app protections
• use outputs for commercial purposes (e.g., selling, reselling, listing on Etsy)

7. Payment, Tokens, and Refunds

Token purchases enable the generation of new printables. Token bundles are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change over time.

If you are using the app through the Apple App Store, Apple's payment terms also apply.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• generated images will meet your expectations
• content will be free of artifacts or inaccuracies
• the service will be uninterrupted or error-free

This is an experimental, personal project—please use it with that context in mind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

• We are not liable for any intellectual property disputes or consequences arising from your prompts or your use of generated content.
• We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.
• Your use of the app is at your own risk.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we'll notify users within the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
