Acceptable Use Policy

1. Only Enter Content You Have the Rights to Use

You may only enter prompts, text, or descriptions that:

• you created yourself, or
• you have legal permission to use.

If you are unsure whether something is copyrighted, please do not enter it.

2. Do Not Request Copyrighted or Trademarked Characters

You must not enter prompts that reference or attempt to generate:

• branded characters (e.g., Disney, Pixar, Marvel, DC, Pokémon, Bluey, Barbie, Hello Kitty)
• movie or TV characters
• celebrity likenesses
• brand logos or trademarks
• copyrighted phrases, titles, or slogans

We want you to create unique, original party themes—not copy someone else's IP.

3. Personal-Use, Non-Commercial License Only

Any images generated through the app are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may print them for your own celebrations but may not sell, resell, or distribute them.

4. No Harmful or Inappropriate Content

You may not use the app to create or request:

• explicit, violent, hateful, or abusive content
• bullying, harassment, or unsafe messaging
• content involving minors in unsafe or inappropriate ways
• dangerous instructions or illegal activities

This is a tool for families; keep it kid-friendly.

5. Your Responsibility

You agree that:

• You are fully responsible for your prompts and the resulting images.
• You will not claim any generated content is licensed or official.
• You will use the content at your own risk.
• You will indemnify and hold harmless the creator of the app from claims arising out of your misuse of prompts or content.

If you violate this AUP, we may suspend or terminate your account.

6. How We Handle Violations

We may:

• block certain prompts
• limit or suspend accounts
• delete or disable access to generated content
• decline service to repeat violators

We will make reasonable efforts to apply these rules consistently and fairly.
